my fault for combining your posts with Lurker's

Actually Lainy, I didn't SPECIFICALLY say you said all of those things. I took Lurker's comments and yours (third paragraph of "Do you ever have a good day?" you tell Eric it appears he doesn't have the slightest idea about
how to be a guest teacher) and combined them to simply ask why you BOTH seem to be so negative towards him. I should not have combined your comments, it was wrong of me to jointly refer to comments made by you and Lurker, but I still can't get over the fact that someone would make such comments about another. And yes, I do know how this board can be. I have seen teachers rip others apart

for posting vents, for using terms incorrectly, for spelling and grammatical errors, etc. It just bothers me that people can't lend support without being critical. And YES it was wrong of me to point out what I perceived to be criticism in your post--I should have kept that thought to myself, but sometimes my emotions get the better of me. I apologize--but perhaps we ALL need to live by the motto. "if we can't say anything nice, we shouldn't say anything at all!"
