1/2 cup granulated sugar 1/2 cup brown sugar 1 egg 1 cup canned pumpkin 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg 1 tablespoon soda Blend oil and sugars. Stir in eggs and pumpkin. Sift dry ingredients together and add to pumpkin batter. Pour batter into 2 greased and floured one pound coffee cans. Place cans into crock pots. Put 6 to 8 paper towels over the cans. Cover and baked for 2 1/2 to 3 hours on high until done. Enjoy warm with butter!
