Inner-City
By Lolita

Clip to ScrapBook
I am the technology coordinator for a public school in an inner city. As a matter of fact, the school where I teach at, I once sat in the same classrooms as a child.

I'm glad that you were able to see that children are children. As teachers, we must look beyond their circumstances and ask ourselves what can we do as educators in order to give them the very best education possible. All children in every walk of life have a desire to learn and just need understanding, patience and LOVE.

Students have some sort of issue whether in inner-city schools or suburban. It's important as educators that we take a close look at the whole child and give them what they need.
