It Could Be Worse

Although it would be nice to have the principal with the perfect level of involvement, be glad that your principal is hands-off and not a micro manager. My principal nit picked everything I did last year. Every choice I made seemed to be wrong. I'd way rather have somebody who was absent all the time than somebody who was in my room every single day.
