I understand what you are feeling. Relax. Take everything in stride. Realize that this is your first experience working with children. The mentoring teacher is there to do just that. Watch and learn. Try out different ideas. See what works for you. Don't always look for the negative. Find something positive in everything that you teach. Remember, children are very forgiving. Relax and try to make the best of the experience.
