I just hope it helps you! Good luck with your class and your appraisal. Even if your evaluation doesn't get the results you want, having a class that behaves and that you can enjoy will make your job a lot better. Creating a pleasant classroom environment is hard work, and it may not come as fast as you'd like--but it will be worth it in the long run. Let us know how it goes.
