Hello,

I have just retired after 32 years of teaching. One method I used to assist me in classroom management is a POINT system.

Students we're composed of small groups of 4 4o 6.
Each group gave their team a name. The name was put on the blackboard. Teams that worked well could earn points that were put on the board under their team name.

Teams that earned a certain NO. of points got extra gym time/ play time etc. It really works. Good luck.

PS it also helps to develop math skills.
