Think you misunderstood my post

I was just defending Heather from the attacks by a few teachers! I'm not trying to get in because I already am but I did have a tough two years getting there and can sympathize with Heather and how she has been treated.
I don't even know if Heather is a licensed teacher trying to get a classroom. When I spoke of my experience I spoke of the past not now thank you. And I just don't agree with bad treatment of subs whether they are licensed or not as being part of what is expected. It's rude and must stop with us! We are expected to teach children how to respect each other and to do their best yet teachers,

not all, continue to treat those beneath them rudely because they think it is part of the expected behavior. How sad. Do you realize the kids do see what is going on and is possibly one of the reasons why students don't behave for the subs and treat them so badly? It's time that teachers change the way the system works! I treat the subs the way I would have loved to have been treated in those days! And my kids do the same!
