Give Heather a break!

Give the lady a break! None of you know what she has to put up with and you don't know if it's that Heather! I thought this board was a place to VENT but I have to wonder if you are attacking her because she is a sub and
not a licensed teacher like we are? Maybe she make some of us feel threatened? And the attack on her grammar? That is really the lowest and as teachers we shouldn't do that to other adults as well as the children we work with. I have subbed in the past and can understand where Heather is coming from because I found the children delightful to work with while the teachers treated me

and the other licensed teachers that had to sub like crud and so those teachers made subbing harder than it already was! Let Heather VENT and offer her valuable advice as to how to handle the situation she is in instead of acting like schoolyard bullies!
