I got a piece of great advice to go along with it. Make sure you include a cover letter, addressed to each principal. Let them know that you understand that the school year is already underway, and his/her staffing needs have been met. However, you also understand that situations arise during the school year, and a need for a teacher with your experience may become available. Let them know that you would like to meet with him/her if any needs arise for this school year or next. Hope this helps.
