Shut up?
By MKat

Clip to ScrapBook
As a parent,I would be reporting any adult who said that to children at school to the principal. Not excusable in my book. I can imagine yelling "be quiet" but the other is not appropriate for school.

Yelling doesn't work. Getting softer usually does though. She needs to carry a bell with her and/or get some buzz words to use. I use "listen up" and "salami". (Someone here suggested SALAMI - stands for Stop And Look At MI)

I've certainly had my share of days where I had to raise my voice, but if someone thinks they have to do that in general - something is wrong.
