specials problems

See if you can meet with the Specials teachers and work out a joint management system. What discipline system do you have set in your classroom? Kids do better with consistency. Maybe a point system could work. Instead of visiting them for the whole time in Specials, "pop" in every once in a while and surprise them. Of course they will behave when they know you are watching. Let us know how it goes!
