Consider videotape

Seriously, consider videotaping his classroom behavior in class to show the parents what you are talking about. We have done it in our school with children whose parents refuse to acknowledge the behavior we see. The computer teacher, counselor or sometimes a student from the high school video technology class does it. Be sure to get your principal's approval first tho.
