This happened to me last year, which was my first year teaching. I was put in a situation where the fifth graders all switched around to different teachers for different subjects. I thought this would be the perfect opportunity to meet with the other teacher who taught the same subject as I did, or else to plan together with all the teachers for integrated lessons. Well, I got two duds for team members. One wanted to leave right after school, and the other one had a teaching style that just didn't click with mine. (She wanted to do fun, hands-on projects all day, which was great, except that she did them at the expense of teaching basic skills.) So I was left on my own, which was quite a disappointment after student teaching at a school where the teachers worked wonderfully together and saved time by helping each other with lessons. Anyway, this year I changed grades, and I'm now with a team who helps each other out.
Sorry to hear about your situation! I hope things change for you next year.
