My first thought is that it's probably wise to avoid an argument with an attorney; they are trained to win an argument regardless of the validity of their position, or the facts of the case! LOL

Second thought is a quote:

"One of the best ways to persuade others is with your ears - by listening to them." Dean Rusk

Can you implement some of Dad-from-Hell's comments/suggestions, without compromising your professional judgement?

Don't be discouraged or intimidated, and THANK YOU for all you do as a Teacher!
