I read your first email and totally understood what you were trying to get across. I'm surprised that so many educated teachers,with degrees, don't understand you. I am a certified teacher and have only 4 years of experience. I will be the first to agree w/you about teacher attitudes. Most of the teachers I come in contact with DO have a snobby attitude and often act "too good"....no doubt. I interpreted your post as that, not anything to do w/lesson planning. And the ones who will write and argue this are probably the ones who act the worst about it.
