Chatty Children

This is my third year teaching, but my first year in K. My kids couldn't stop talking to save themselves. I was doing the stickers on the chart for good behavior, but it was hard to remember to walk to the back of the room and do it. Now, each kids has a index card and everytime (almost) they are having a good day, get caught doing something good, etc. I give them a punch on their cards. For Oct. I use pumpkins. You can find different punches at a craft store or in a craft dept. I only have a couple of kids who haven't caught on yet. It has worked for my little chatter-boxex. Good Luck!
