A few suggestions...

Clip to ScrapBook
I am a Sp Ed teacher and deal with difficult students all the time. NOT AN EASY TASK!
There are any number of reasons why his behavior is occuring. Has this problem occured over a period of time? Or is it more isolated in occurence? Does it happen more during a particular subject or time of day? Start taking notes. You may see a pattern of behavior.
I would suggest that you talk to your school Psych or Special Ed teacher. They could observe him, recommend some strategies to try, help you develop a behavioral plan, etc.
Does his behavior warrant a Sp Ed referral?
He could be evaluated to see if he qualifies.
Good luck.
