Hi! I just started working for Head Start, too. Right now I am giving stickers for good behavior. Example- If a child picks up toys without being repeatedly told he/she would get a sticker. After 10 stickers they get a trip to my treasure box. Let me know if you get any better suggestions!

How do you like the mixed age class? Some of my three year olds blend in but I have 2 or 3 that are a constant disruption.
