Clip to ScrapBook
I have found each group/year to be different. My past two years I needed a chart to show/reward good behavior. This year, so far it has not been needed.

I used a pocket chart, with three cards. Green in front, then yellow then red, behind all that is a sad face. If all the cards stay in(greenin front) then it is a good day, and they get a hand stamp, sticker or occasionally a candy/treat. I go day by day with this age. If they loose one or two, 'oh well , tommorow is a new day, we all have bad days' If they loose all three, a note goes home.

I tell them it is like a signal light,
Green-go-everything is fine.
Yellow-caution-check you behavior.
Red-stop-you are close to being in danger.

hope that helps
