OK, I hope this is helpful.... I found (in my library) the "Elementary Teacchers Guide to FREE Curriculum Materials"- I would see if you could find this in a library near you. It has a whole section on health and nutrition resources you can order (leaflets, brochures, even some lesson plans, etc.) I put this title in a GOOGLE search as was directed to a page, so I would check that out too. If you need more help, I'll be glad to assist you in anyway I can!!GOOD LUCK
