halloween cats etc.
By Lisa

Clip to ScrapBook
Hi!
I have two children ages 8 and 10. There is an easy way to make some black cats that is fun and each one turns out unique! All you will need is construction paper in halloween colors, glitter crayons, scissors and
some glue sticks. If you are strapped for time. You can cut out all the parts prior to class and have them in seperate containers for the children to pick out for themselves. The major parts that I cut out were the ears (triangles), the head (oval), the body, the tail, two paws, eyes in different colors, the nose is red, pink or brown and long thin strips for the whiskers! The kids
choose what they would like and than glue each of the pieces together. Than you may use glitter crayons for some details. Other halloween ideas made this way would be pumkins, ghosts, bats, spiders, frankensteins, witches, etc. If you do a variety they would look neat hung from the classroom ceiling!
