Good points Kathy! I've subbed in classes where we had treats or surprise guests or the library was cancelled. I worked in an unruly classroom and when I finally found something they did quietly, Heaven forbid I interrupt them! Also, I've been in a classroom where the teacher left the same plans for three different subs three days in a row, so having subbed the last day, the kids had done all the stuff on the lesson plans already! Should I have done all of it all over anyway??
