Here's one I came up with

Find your number (this means the place that you are rounding to)
Look right next door (this means look one digit to the right)
Four or lower, just ignore (this means no changes to the place you're rounding to)
Five or higher, add one more(this means the place you're rounding to will go up to the next digit)

Then we always talk about filling in all of the places to the right with BIG, FAT, ZEROS!!!

It seems to work for us.
