I am in my second practicum right now and I know how you feel. To calm myself down, I try to think about my lesson from beginning to end and envision exactly how it is going to go. I also write myself "Cheat Sheets," little notes that remind me of what I want to say/do that I can refer to quickly at different points during the lesson. Try to keep in mind that you are learning and that learning requires making mistakes. We aren't born knowing how to teach effectively- it takes time! I hope this helped!
