Elaine, I am also curious about your form on ditching books. I know one of my upcoming mini lessons will be on deciding when to drop a book, and with this group of kids I need to focus on sticking with a book. I think a form that helps them pick a book they can stick with will be helpful for me and for them. What steps do they go through before ditching a book? Curious
