What topics do you have to cover? You could do something on "life in Bible times" and have them make a scroll, make pottery, grind corn, etc... like they did in ancient times. You could look at archaeology- what it is and how some specific discoveries have revealed what the Old Testament says about kings or dates is true. You could look at "how we got our Bible" via John Wycliffe, Tyndale, etc... I remember back in the 1980's when Bible lessons were part of the public curriculum in Ontario (yes, really!) and we had "verse races" where everyone would look up the verse as fast as you could. Bible jeopardy, Bible treasure hunts, etc... are all things I do in my Sunday school class or in the summer when I teach at Bible camps.
