chatty bunch

Sometimes you gotta be a meanie. I had a class like that 3 years ago. (They were my favorite bunch, too!) But they needed to have rules. Sometimes it broke my heart to stop the sharing and caring the kids were giving... But, I think you have to rememeber that if their chatting gets in the way of instruction, it is a problem. I have always felt that my main job was to teach kiddos to love learning. Sometimes you have to squelch some chatty kidlets so other kidlets can fully benefit all that you are teaching.
