He had to be first, he just rushed through work His teacher put up a board for part of the class, it was called the 89% club and they were only allowed so many papers that did not meet up to that goal. She told him she expected to see his name up there because she knew he was capable of it. It changed his goal.... that was all he needed. (there was some kind of reward) I don't remember what it was. Hopefully this will give you an idea
