Let me get this straight: You pair your good-for-nothing aide with your most difficult student to get your aide off your back.

And how exactly does this help your most difficult student? What message does it send to him/her and that child's classmates? Even kids with low IQ's know when the adults around them are using them to screw each other. They may not be able to explain it, but you can see that understanding in their behavior.

Every kid deserves better, no matter how dull or difficult.
