well,, I'd make something up on the computer

and I'd color code each day....like Monday in red print with a red border....I'd make each hour or each class or special have its own card. with each place listed with times....do you also need kids name here? if it was color coded by day it would be easy to see and you wouldn't have to think too much about it and I'm betting its something the kids could catch on to quickly also....I'd also laminate them so you could put them up on your wall or door with poster putty....and they wouldn't be ruined if you have to rearrange them often. Does this make any sense at all to you?I'd use print shop....and I'd use the card maker because you could go to the 1/4 fold and make up four cards at a time....and I'd print them up on card stock so they'd be a little sturdier... I also use print shop card maker to make my desk name plates and the business card one to make locker/coat rack, folder and mail box name tags. You can really make some cute ones. I attach those with rubber cement...they last all year and can be easily removed...
