You sound like a woman on a mission! Your plan will work because you have it very well organized and thought out. I also think the idea of presenting it to the whole class is a good one. Who knows, it might take a while for this one litte wise guy to settle down. But I'll bet that those kids who might have tried to emulate him will think twice now that they know you mean business.
