This is my third year and definitely my last. I began job searching in July and will leave when a job comes through. I researched the law on quitting a teaching contract in my state and found no case law where a school board ever told a teacher they had to stay. In my state, the school board can ask the state to suspend the teacher's license for a year for breaking a contract.I say go with your feelings. Why be miserable.
