Tardiness
By Lainy

Clip to ScrapBook
I know this can be disruptive. What you should keep in mind (if you aren't already) is the area you teach. Is your school is in a rural or urban area, home life, and if the tardy student takes a bus. Remember, with younger children it's often not "their" fault if they miss the bus and must wait to get a ride to school. Parents need to take responsibility to see that the child(ren)under their care get to school on time. I wouldn't punish the student before knowing what circumstances may be underlying. I hope this helps.
