tough decision
By Connie

Clip to ScrapBook
It was a tough decision. I have a gifted son who went through four years of elem. school without medication. Every day was a battle. Now with the help of our physician and Concerta, we have a pleasant 5th grader who is scoring at the top of his class, pitching for his baseball team and leading the life of his peers. His frustration levels are lower and his tolerance and leadership skills are at an all time high. Concerta is great because it is a 12 hour med. No trips to the nurse during school to redose, no drowsiness, a little lower appetite for a short time. It has been a blessing to our family to give our son the benefits of medication for his ADD!
