calling parents!!
By Jody

Clip to ScrapBook
Wow, first off she should not be initiating contact with parents. I learned the hard way trusting the judgement of those I worked with. I used to allow my assistants to write in the communications books until one day they
crossed a gray area. The person also talked to parents very negatively about me when in the community. It was a horrible situation. See if the other teacher who witnessed the phone call would be willing to stand by you when you go to a principal or special ed. supervisor. Check if there is a written job description to go over for this person. If there isn't see if you can write one
up and get it approved. That is a tough situation and she is OVER STEPPING BIG TIME! Get support where ever you can, STAY professional at all costs. Good luck.
