Regs

Clip to ScrapBook
The regs. state that if there is an age gap of more than 3 years I THINK, Every student has to have written concent signed by the parents that they can be in that classroom with the other students. I am not certain about
the number of years. That is ashame I am in a similar situation with possibly having some learning support kids to service including my life skills because we are not able to find a special ed. teacher to fill a vacant job else where. So to make a long story short I currently have a k-3 class with a wheel chair student, downs syndrome, autistic, and 3 MR 6 total that will be combined
with 8 other LD students. I have two aides right now and will have a third. Fun, Fun, fun, welcome to the world of special ed. They can do what ever they want sometimes. Check on the concent forms though.
