If you are being observed teaching the lesson then going to seatwork, you may want to develop some type of hands on game or activity where all students can get involved-this way, everyone has a chance to help-then in your worksheet, maybe make it progressively harder with some bonus questions for the fast finishers to try. I've always tried to involve an interactive teaching lesson when being observed. Hope this helps and good luck!!
