Bad pricipals come from all backgrounds
By Music lover

Clip to ScrapBook
I don't know about you guys, but our band director is probably the most dedicated and hardest working person in the school. He loves the kids and stays at school many nights and weekends. This is probably more true in high school than elementary. We shouldn't stereotype people just because they do not teach regular subjects!

There are many bad principals who come from all backgrounds, and some are former grade school teachers, coaches, band directors, counselors, etc. I think it's up to the higher-ups to make sure the principal is a good fit for the school and will work out well there.
