Hi! I think I know what letter you are talking about- If not, here is one that you can use On the Scholastic site- go to book clubs... on the right side there is a link for "how to run a book club" (or something like that) from there, another link on the right side about communicating with parents... once you click on that there is a link posted in the middle of the page that will give you a newsletter to send home. I copy and pasted mine into word and changed what needed to be changed. Hope this is what you are looking for
