I am replying to you all! I have 18 second graders and maybe about 5 that I can say that is discipline. I have to constantly waste my day by telling them to get back on task! it is only the third week of school and I am tired of wasting my time on this kind of behavior! They act as though they don't understand me when I say 5,4,3,2,1! They get quiet only a second to hear me then that's it! give me some management/dicipline
