2nd grade read aloud
By E

Clip to ScrapBook
I read many of the Junie B. Jones books by Barbara Parks to/with my class each year. My students also enjoy the Horrible Harry, Cam Jansen, and Nate the Great series both as read alouds and in lit circles. After we enjoy Marvin Redpost, Why Pick on Me, we then do our own survey project. I read Mouse and the Motorcycle and The School Mouse. A real favorite every year is Snot Stew. It is a funny book by Bill Wallace about a brother and sister who argue at home and their kittens. It is a cute story with a nice lesson. Hope your class enjoys these!
