my complaint

Here's my complaint. We have this school nurse who really wants the kids to like her. So if a student is sent down to her with a stomachache, she lets them sit down there with a hot pack on the stomachs forever! They may
be out for a whole class period just sitting down in her office chatting with her while holding one of those microwave heat things on their laps. When I said something to her about it, she said she hated to be mean and sometimes they just don't want to go back to class yet so she lets them stay a little longer! Have you ever heard of anything so lame? Now what kid wouldn't want to

milk that situation for all it's worth. One time I went looking for a student who went to the nurse from lunch recess and I didn't know where she was when she didn't come in with the rest of the kids. I found her in the nurse's office, sitting there swinging her legs back and forth happily with a heating pad on her stomach, eating crackers while the nurse had gone down to the cafeteria to get her some juices to drink! Incredible but true! I challenge anyone to try and top that story!
