Hi, I can appreciate how you feel. I teach in a large elite private school. There is an office where we can send children for their ailments. (or was - seems like she isn't there this week).
So....I get the I have an "ache" thing, and I respond "the Profec isn't there" in Spanish....."no esta" and they say "oh, okay" and go back to their seats....This is a Grade 4 thing. The Grade 6 class has yet to ask to go to the Profec.... My Mexican counterpart teachers have told me to tell them to sit down unless I need to call 911. Sounds good to me. The exact words were "Sit down and you will feel better".
