I leave early

My school dismisses students at 2:15 and I leave by 3. I HAVE to as my daughter's preschool closes at 3:30 and I have to pick her up, not to mention soccer practice, gymnastics, dr and dental appts, ect.... I often take tons home with me, plus I am always in early- sometimes as early as 6 am getting things done. So it is not that the teachers who leave early are doing less or more organized- they are probably doing it somewhere else or at another time.
