New School Year

How long it will take is really dependent on many factors: How many Subs available, Automated or personal calling system, Subbed before, and plain 'ol luck. Last year was my first, and I got called for the first day of school;it lasted a week and a half. This year, I got called on the 4th day for only a 1/2 day. In the first one, a teacher they expected back didn't come so they were still interviewing for her position. The second situation was for a teacher who had an afternoon doctors appointment. Both were Middle School.Jn
