Think of all the things that you have done over the last few years that could be translated into interactions with children. For example, I am a Dental Hygienist, but I have lead a Childrens commitee, coached small children in ice skating, did class presentations in my field, etc... I can try to send you a copy of mine if you like. Also, a "cover Letter" explaining how you would try to complete lesson plans, examples of your classroom ethics,etc. Let me know about the resume!!
