Sounds like you have your hands full. What grade are you teaching?? I have found that these children need frequent breaks. I try to plan things that give these children opportunities to move around some, even if it is only during transition.
Chunking assignments worked well for me. I would have a student do a certain number of problems/questions and then have them come to me to be checked. I would then assign the next section. I often let them skip some problems if they did well.
If you do a behavior system, be sure the amount of time is not too long for them to reach a goal as they often do not see too far ahead.
