Time will tell
By J

Clip to ScrapBook
The other posters are correct in the "Time will tell" thoughts. These people are tough, but as a motivating speaker at our inservice said the other day, try to give a positive vibe. Let's also remember that good teachers are never done with their work. I could stay at school 24-7 and still not have everything done that I want to get done. Remember that last year, he was under supervision for student teaching and had plans somewhat laid out for him by the other teacher during the long-term position. While he may soon falter, please also be a great colleague in being able to help him up later. That would humble him more than anything. Until then, smile, nod and be on the sidelines!
