This is a tricky one. Obviously it is very hard for this child to come into a situation where everyone knows everyone else and children are children and they can leave someone out, not neccessarily on purpose. I would try to catch this kid doing something right. Praise her for it. She may feel that everyone is against her. Show her you can be on her side. talk to her about the things she does well. She may be suffering from very low self esteem.
